Leisure Contracting provides pool maintenance services to pool owners throughout Maryland. With 20 years of experience in the swimming pool industry, we know pools inside and out. We are one of the few pool companies that can say that after an installation, our customers call us for all of their pool needs from openings and closings to general pool maintenance. Some of the commonly requested pool maintenance services we offer include:
We will work with you to keep your pool operating at maximum efficiency all summer long.
If you own a vinyl pool, Leisure Pools will also replace your swimming pool liner for you. Liners can become scratched, cut, and can even fall out of track. We can safely remove your vinyl pool liner and install a new one the right way. Our pool experts deal with vinyl pool liners almost on a daily basis and know how to install the liner properly to avoid unnecessary future replacement visits. If installed or sized improperly, your liner will require a heating to stretch it back into place.
See vinyl pool liner for more information.
At the start of every summer, we can open your swimming pool and get it ready for a summertime’s worth of cannonballs. During an opening we will remove and store all winterization equipment, install all of your accessories (ladders, diving boards, etc.), clean your pool out of nasty debris and algae, and check the chemicals. If necessary, we can also drain and fill your pool.
Maryland’s winters can be unforgiving, and your pool needs to be prepared for it. As the season turns and the temperatures drop, we can close your swimming pool and take all of the necessary precautions to protect your equipment. During a closing we will remove accessories, check chemicals one last time and give it the proper dosage for the winter, and securely place your pool cover over the pool.
See pool openings and closings for more information.
One of the most important maintenance tools we have is our chemical kits. We will come out and check all of the chemical levels in your pool and add more as needed. The chemical balance of your swimming pool is important because it is the main source of your pool’s health management. An improperly balanced pool can become dirty and even hurt your eyes. To achieve the most precise readings, it’s always a good idea to ask a pool expert.
When the cover comes off, your pool is constantly exposed to falling leaves, dirt, and other debris that can clog your filter. You should always skim off any debris you can get, but if it becomes too bad, such as after a thunderstorm, it can be overwhelming and your filter could require a bit more than just a skimming. We can come out and clean your pool from top to bottom and ensure that your filter is working properly. If necessary, we can replace the filter as well.
